This application will help customers access the loan easily and reduce time for applying for a loan. There is no need to come into the office for an interview or submit requesting documents. Documents can be submitted via this application and results will also be notified.
Moreover, we continue to further developing the “Chat function” to meet the needs of customers. The application was also developed to include a feature that allows a chat between customers and staff in order to timely respond to any concerns of customers.
This is only the first step. We hope that this application will provide a channel to facilitate loans for customers. KBL will also develop this application to be widely recognized and modernized and meet the needs of customers, becoming the best loan application in Lao PDR.
