To fulfill customers’ necessities, since October 2020, KB KOLAO Leasing has begun to provide financial support services to customers in need of emergency usage of their expenses. Compared to other leasing companies in Laos, KBL provides the product with the lowest interest rate of 0.9 percent, while others provide the service within the range of 1 to 3 percent.

Over and above that, we did not stop at the first step of providing basic service to customers. In the first quarter of 2023, KBL developed an application called ‘Lot Cash Bag’, which provides convenience for customers to register required information through an online system without visiting the office while saving time. Also, customers will be able to access the information to check the loan limit amount and status of their registered form.

In the last quarter of 2023, as a result of our inspection of customers’ behavior, we have succeeded in transplanting additional functions into the application, which include: 1) a real-time chatting system; 2) FAQ; and 3) News & Advertisement. We expect customers to receive compatible service with our product.
